History:
According to the owner the original building was built in 1910 with additions in the 1920’s, 1930’s and 1940’s.

History of Haunting:

* After the owner had purchased the building he was doing some remolding and claims a plate sitting on a half wall flew at him and smashed on the wall on the other side of the room a distance of at least 15 feet.
* Several people have witnessed a male apparition in the room used as a laundry room. He has been described as wearing a light brown shirt and light brown pair of pants with a dark strip down the sides.
* The last door on the right of the hallway has also been known to slam shut.

Personal Experiences:

Scott physically saw a light anomaly in the laundry room go across the wall. There were no other personal experiences during this investigation.

Evidence:

We had one spike of 2.5mg in the laundry room where a apparition had been seen. We could not recreate that reading. There was no other paranormal evidence obtained from this investigation.
